This is the 12th PwC survey on banking in South Africa, highlighting the ‘strategic and emerging issues’ in the sector.

This survey has been developed by PwC and Dr Brian Metcalfe and builds on previous surveys.

As in previous years, the key objectives of this survey are to encourage debate around these strategic and emerging issues, provide data summaries of industry trends, and understand the thinking of CEOs and senior executives in the banking industry.
