Our business model
The PwC South Africa business model depicted here demonstrates how we create value for our stakeholders.
It illustrates how our business activities transform inputs into outputs and outcomes that aim to fulfil our strategic purposes and create value over the short, medium and long term.
Our value creation process provides an overview of how we use all types of capital to address material stakeholder expectations in our business model, in order to create value for our stakeholders and align with our strategic priorities. As of this year, we use the model of the IIRC (International Integrated Reporting Council). This model identifies six core types of capital: intellectual, human, natural, social, manufactured and financial.
