What you will do

You can expect to be challenged and stretched, some of your tasks may include:

  • Client engagements delivering risk and regulatory change-related consulting projects (operational risk, credit risk)
  • Performing  stress testing
  • Working with IFRS 9 and BCBS 239 risk management concepts and their application to credit, operational and market risk
  • Analysing and mining large data sets, and document business and data requirements
  • Compiling project reports and presentations for delivery to clients for decision-making purposes
  • Performing enterprise risk management and governance reviews

 

What we look for

We’re looking for candidates in their final year of postgraduate studies with a strong academic background (65% aggregate)  and one or more of the following postgraduate qualifications:

  • Risk Management
  • Management Accounting
  • Finance
  • Accounting
  • Economics
  • Mathematics
  • Statistics
  • Business Science 
  • Computer Science

An additional professional qualification (FRM, PRM, CFA or MBA) will be an added advantage, as will advanced proficiency in MS Office, SQL, VBA, SAS and/or BI Tool.
