What you will do
You can expect to be challenged and stretched. In this programme you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience. As an associate, you will be helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your responsibilities will include:

What we look for
We’re looking for candidates with an Honours or Masters degree (70% aggregate) from a leading university (preferred) in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics and Science. No experience is required, but volunteering and/or an internships is an advantage.
- Knowledge of strategic frameworks and analytical tools to conduct market research and feasibility studies and develop strategy recommendations for clients
- Excellent analytical skills and an ability to understand clients’ business issues
- A demonstration of awareness of risk management practices and standards, and adherence to those as appropriate.
