Our purpose is why we exist. Our values define how we behave.

Our purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems, and as with everything we do, this underpins our strategy. To us, these aren’t just words. Our purpose statement serves as a guiding principle, aligning the focus of our people and directing the decisions we make and actions we take.

It’s reflected in our leadership and governance structures, and embraced throughout the firm (and the PwC global network). It informs the clients and work we accept, and drives the quality we deliver across our business.

Who we are and where we operate

PwC South Africa employs 5 446 employees and 272 partners. We operate from 19 offices across eight of the country’s nine provinces. Our head office is in Waterfall City, Midrand.
