Higher education is one of the last building blocks in preparing students for the labour market, yet employers feel the need to train graduates in particular skills that are important in the workplace.
Yet, given the knowledge, tools and subjects available, it is quite conceivable that
could equip the same students not only with subject knowledge but also with all the skills needed to face an uncertain future and to thrive in the workplace.

Our aim is to enable university students to:
learn in a safe environment and understand the synthesis of interconnected small knowledge units;
discover how to collaborate best in order to achieve a common goal;
experiment, find solutions and be creative while completing tasks;
experience multi-tasking in a project management role on specific projects;
be able to give and receive feedback, and to adapt and learn from it; and
become self-directed, lifelong learners and thus enter the labour market ready for the future.
Our team of experts can support institutions to implement transformation in education in the following areas:
Curriculum development for courses, trainings, modules
Pedagogical support and quality assurance of content development
Methodological training of academic staff
Support implementing a renewed curriculum and the operational changes that it entails
Support in communicating curriculum transformation to students
A way of organising education based on “intensive, mutually responsible, mutually controlling, reinforcing and supportive cooperation” between learners.
Students will acquire the knowledge needed to implement the projects individually in small online learning units (molecules/microlearning) and in a personalised way, according to their specific learning needs.
